Welcome to our first Bi-Weekly Status Update.
From now on, we will be posting this content on a bi-weekly basis.
General Overview: We are STILL recruiting a C++ Engineer, who is able to update and fix some bugs related to our Node Software ($BTCT Wallet). The API developer will now review our source code for the blockchain explorer, to provide currently listed exchanges and the ones that will come in the near future, with the appropriate data to feed their platforms timely and securely. Our official blockchain explorer is online, since roughly a month; we are currently working on the API connections to enable calls from listing partners and third parties. GitHub repository has been duly updated with the API documentation to help soothe that lack of information; we will also be uploading the explorer code in there, soon. Finding our C++ Engineer, is the most pressing task, right now.
Masternode count: We currently have 409 full and 129 shared masternodes running in the network.
Listing Partnerships: We are still expecting FlitsMobile project team members to re-list our project, as they told us. In relation with StakeCube's $BTCT listing, we are currently working with their team to re-list our project. Current ZCore's provided $BTCT-$wBTCT bridge will keep working, until we have our C++ Engineer to code our own.
$wBTCT: wrapped BitcoinToken (deployed over BNB Chain) enabling as a swapping pair within DWARFSwap, will be included during Q2-2022, which will thrust $BTCT network activity and price, for sure. $wBTCT-$BTCT bridge will be one of the main development objectives to be ready for Q2-2022, helping current $wBTCT holders who want to re-gain access to their native $BTCT holding positions, as well as for $BTCT holders to be able to wrap their coins.
Community S.O.S.: We are still looking for a C++ Engineer to develop certain tasks in order to be completely autonomous from past Dev. Team members. If you know someone who fits the brief description, please let us know immediately. This will be in the benefit of us all. Because of its truly decentralized nature, our project is always in need for voluntary actions from its userbase, for example: to raise awareness over Social Media channels; to feedback our Dev. Team with nice ideas that could thrive $BTCT's adoption, and spread BitcoinToken's key message: to enable user's financial sovereignity through a fast, cheap, and eco-friendly payments coin.
